Low cost to join
There are no board fees, MLS fees, and no E&O insurance to pay for.
Join for $150 annually. Membership is prorated based on the day you join during the calendar year.
Choice and Maximum earnings
You can select the agent to send the referral to and negotiate your referral fee percentage.
HOST Referral Associates keep 80% of the gross referral fee on the transaction side.
Timely reminders
We will remind you when your license is up for renewal and offer in person CE courses in Evans, GA.
No obligation
At any time, you can request to move your license to active status or to another referral company. You can also take your referral clients with you.

Active Licensees
If you have an active GA real estate license, have your broker complete a GREC Change form and submit to HOST Real Estate at info@host-re.com
Once received, we will forward the completed Change Form to GREC. Once processed, GREC will add you to the HOST Real Estate roster
Inactive Licensees
If you have an inactive license and your license has not lapsed due to education or fees, you can register to be a HOST Referral Associate. Ready to join?

New Agents
If you have recently earned pre-licensure and need a Sponsoring Broker form, please email HOST Real Estate at info@host-re.com to request the form. Please use “Sponsoring Broker Form” in the subject line.
Continuing Education
While it is the responsibility of the licensee to maintain their license status, pay renewal fees and ensure completion of Continuing Education (CE) credits, HOST will also send you helpful reminders. Please go to the GREC website for more information: www.grec.state.ga.us
